Redevelopment of former railway sidings to provide 3 warehouse/office units of sizes 4500SM, 5450SM and 7100SM planned in a linear formation sandwiched between the Heartlands Spine Road and the River Tame. All units faced the riverside, which was extensively refurbished and heavily landscaped to provide a very pleasant outlook
