Redevelopment of a former industrial site to provide two large warehouse/office units of sizes 14316sm and 7873sm. The larger unit, with enhanced internal floor height was a bespoke unit to accommodate a specific tenant. The site is bordered by the M6 Motorway and the Tame Valley Canal.
